Our own home cured smoked salmon is smoked slowly over oak chips to produce a deep flavour. This whole side has been hand sliced to make long slices down the length of the fillets and interleaved ready to eat. With multiple Great Taste and Taste of the West Awards - our home smoked salmon is officially delicious! Product may arrive frozen, not suitable for home freezing.
