Our own home cured smoked salmon is smoked slowly over oak chips to produce a rich and complex flavour which is a far cry from those slimy slices you’ll find in the supermarket. Salmon is gorgeous when smoked due to its high fat content being able to take on all those lovely complex flavours from the oak chips. Hand smoked to our own cure, in our very own kilns, each salmon side is hand checked for quality before being sliced in a variety of ways to suit your needs. When you try it, it’s easy to see why it’s won multiple Taste the West and Great Taste awards!
Store your smoked salmon in the refrigerator and consume within 6 days or place in freezer and consume within 3 months. This product may arrive frozen in some cases.
