Mackerel is incredible when smoked due to its high fat content – the fat in the mackerel naturally retains all of the gorgeous complex smoky flavours that our oak chips impart.

Hand smoked over oak in our own kilns to a home cure, each of our smoked mackerel fillets are individually checked by hand for quality before being packaged.

It’s such a treat for a picnic, or flaked into green salads, and it’s good for you too due to all those hearty omega 3 fatty acids.



454g pack will be on average 4-5 fillets.

Please note that due to market conditions, sometimes dictated by the weather on rare occasions we may have to send you frozen fish, which could arrive partially-defrosted. We may also have to source Mackerel from outside of Cornwall on rare occasions.
