Our Cornish King Crab is landed by local boats on the North Coast of Cornwall.

A sustainable, large, long-legged crab commonly found around Cornwall’s coast, their claws are full of sweet white meat and make a glorious centrepiece.

Highly prized in Spain and France and often exported from Cornwall, we’re on a mission to share our love for these sustainable, tasty, locally caught crabs with you.

Your spectacular Cornish King Crab half will arrive pre-cooked so it's ready to eat.

Important information:

The weight quoted is the start weight of the crab including the shell.

The shell is discarded as we split the crab in half during the preparation process.

The meat you pick from the claws will weigh a lot less than 400 - 600g, but normally will be plenty to feed 1 person.

Cornish King Crab is delivered to us in large batches throughout the season, which means we cook in large batches and blast-freeze to retain freshness. This means your King Crab will be sent frozen, and arrive partially defrosted.
