- Remove the heads and shells of the smoked crevettes.
- Mix some celery celery leaves, chilli, cherry tomatoes, smoked crevettes, fresh dill, cucumber, fish roe and top with some lemon zest. Serve the lime on the side.

- 200g of smoked crevettes (alter the amount to your taste),
- 100g smoked salmon, D-slice
Other Ingredients:
- 4 limes
- 1/4 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 4 cherry tomatoes (diced)
- 1 chilli, diced finely
- Dill
- 1 lemon zest
- Celery leaves or rocket leaves
