The results are in for the 2017
Taste of the West product awards and we're thrilled to announce that four of the The Cornish Fishmonger's smoked fish products have scooped awards. Our
Hot Smoked Cornish Trout came out on top with Gold,
Smoked Mackerel and
Smoked Salmon took Silver, and our
Smoked Haddock was Highly Commended.
All of our smoked fish is prepared in the traditional way - slowly smoked over pure, natural oak chippings, with no additives or preservatives. We believe that's the key to its decadent and delicious flavour.
