Wing of St Mawes The Cornish Fishmonger has scooped four awards in the 2013 Taste of the West Awards. We are very proud of our smoked fish range and are delighted to add these awards to our already long list of smoked fish accolades.
The awards are one of the most highly respected in the food and drink industry, highlighting successful and high quality businesses across food and drink production, hospitality and food retail.
Our smoked fish is so good because we smoked everything by hand with our own secret cure, so we can be sure every mouthful will be delicious! The smoked seafood market has grown hugely over the past few years with the boom in artisan smoke houses so we feel that these awards really help our customer to seek out what really does taste good.
Our awards included won GOLD for our Smoked Organic Salmon and Smoked Haddock and SILVER for Hot Smoked Mussels and Smoked Crevettes.
