Throughout the season, our Lobsters are delivered live to us daily by our fishermen, working around inlets and coves dotted around the Cornish coastline.
We cook and prepare your lobster meat, vacuum packing and pasteurised it to protect the flavour and, best of all, we do all the work for you!

Facts
Rich in selenium and vitamin E
Landed in Padstow from pots dotted around the Cornish Coast. On rare occasions, due to market or weather conditions we might have to substitute Cornish Lobster for ones sourced from outside of Cornwall.
The crews are very reliant on the weather, which means that in poor conditions and out of season your Lobster meat might be frozen and may arrive partially-defrosted.
