Dive into this sweet and smoky Hedgerow ketchup, made from citrussy bright hawthorn berries and our raw wildflower honey. A true taste of nature at its finest, enjoy with thick chunky cut chips.
Hawthorn Berries are found on a tangled mass of thorny branches. Often found in hedgerows, this tree is thick, thorny and acts as a great security barrier for small birds. Hawthorn is most likely to be found within farmland hedgerows, places with nutrient rich soil and wooded areas.
Produced by Wild Cornwall, in their herb fields they have basil, lavender, rosemary, sage and many more growing for their products and for product development. In the summer it is a lovely sight, and the scents range from row to row of crop.
This product has been handled on a site that handles fish, mollusc, crustation and gluten.
