Become the king of the BBQ with a selection box of fish perfectly designed to be put straight onto hot coals! Feeds 8.
For a truly memorable barbecue, we include four chunks of salmon fillet, two plaice steaked, eight fresh scallops, a box of head-on king prawns, and 4 filleted mackerel or rainbow trout; or herrings or sardines, dependent on season.
These fish are all hand-picked and perfect for cooking on the BBQ very simply and without too many adornments - so that the fresh flavour shines through.

Prawns are not readily available to UK shores, so these are sourced from trusted suppliers in Asia.
Please note that due to market conditions, sometimes dictated by the weather on rare occasions, we may have to send you frozen fish, which could arrive partially-defrosted.

Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days.
Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
In some cases, this product may be dispatched frozen and begin to defrost in transit. Therefore might not be suitable for home freezing.
To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and aim to consume within 3 months.
TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing.
Do not re-freeze your fish after defrosting.
