Smoked Salmon and Dill Paté

- Add the smoked salmon, crème fraîche, soft cheese and dill to a food processor and blitz for a few seconds, depending on how chunky or smooth you would like the Paté.
- Before you get to the desired texture, add the lemon juice and season to taste before blitzing once more.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
