Smoked salmon and dill pate

  1. Add the smoked salmon, crème fraîche, soft cheese and dill to a food processor and blitz for a few seconds, depending on how chunky or smooth you would like the Paté.
  2. Before you get to the desired texture, add the lemon juice and season to taste before blitzing once more.
  3. Serve with crackers or bread.

  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • Handful of Dill
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
