Prawns Piri-Piri

An excellent and very simple prawn recipe, this Prawns Piri-Piri is especially delicious if you make it with our sustainable prawns.

  1. Add chilli, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, and chilli sauce into a food processor.
  2. Marinade prawns for an hour then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the prawns are large then cook for a little longer.

500g shell on raw prawns

20g chilli

1/4 red pepper

4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chilli sauce

Chopped parsley
