This tasty smoked salmon roulade is perfect to keep in your fridge for a light lunch or make smaller versions and serve as a "drinks" canape.

Place the yoghurt, cream cheese, hot smoked salmonflakes and chives in a small bowl and mix.
Lay the long sliced smoked salmonout flat on some grease proof paper. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the smoked salmon and add a thin layer of cucumber slices.
Carefully pick up one end of the greaseproof paper and begin to roll the salmon. (You could also simply fold in half at this stage)
Cover the salmon roll in cling film and place in the fridge for as long as is possible.
Before serving, remove from the fridge. Remove the cling film and cut into 1cm slices
