This recipe delivers a classic brunch upgrade. This Smoked Salmon, Avocado, and Cream Cheese Bagel is a quick, easy, and undeniably tasty way to elevate your breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:
- 2 bagels
- 125g Smoked Salmon
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 1 Medium Avocado
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Chives
- 2 tbsp Capers
- Fresh Dill (optional)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Method:
- Combine Cream Cheese, Chives, Parsley, Black Pepper and the zest of the lemon in a mixing bowl
- Slice open the bagels
- Layer half of the the Cream Cheese mixture, avocado, Smoked Salmon and Capers over each bottom bagel slice. (optional squeeze a little lemon juice onto the Smoked Salmon)
- Add a sprinkle of Fresh dill the the top and close the bagel
