An excellent and very simple prawn recipe, this Prawns Piri-Piri is especially delicious if you make it with our sustainable prawns.

Ingredients
- 500g shell on raw prawns
- 20g chilli
- 1/4 red pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- Chopped parsley
Method
- Add chilli, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, and chilli sauce into a food processor.
- Marinade prawns for an hour then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the prawns are large then cook for a little longer.
