Smoked Salmon and Avocado Bagels

This recipe delivers a classic brunch upgrade. This Smoked Salmon, Avocado, and Cream Cheese Bagel is a quick, easy, and undeniably tasty way to elevate your breakfast or brunch.

Serves: 2 people

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 bagels
  • 125g Smoked Salmon
  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh Chives
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • Fresh Dill (optional)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

 

Method:

  1. Combine Cream Cheese, Chives, Parsley, Black Pepper and the zest of the lemon in a mixing bowl
  2. Slice open the bagels
  3. Layer half of the the Cream Cheese mixture, avocado, Smoked Salmon and Capers over each bottom bagel slice. (optional squeeze a little lemon juice onto the Smoked Salmon)
  4. Add a sprinkle of Fresh dill the the top and close the bagel
