A deliciously fresh tasting lobster recipe. A perfect summer dish, with a zesty lime and coriander dressing.
- You could cook your lobster yourself, or we can send it cooked and ready to go.
- Remove the shell from the Lobsters and slice the meat into around 1 inch pieces.
- Very finely chop the fennel bulbs, red onion and herbs.
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss together, coating everything with the oil and juice.
- Season well and serve with hot, buttery new potatoes and a chilled glass of white wine.
