Fish Goujons are slender strips of white fish, lightly coated in breadcrumbs or batter and fried until golden and crispy. Tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside, they’re often served with tartar sauce.

Ingredients:
450g White Fish Fillets
2 Medium Eggs
100g Breadcrumbs
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Whisk both eggs together in a bowl until fully combined.
- Pour you breadcrumbs out into a separate bowl.
- Slice your fish fillets into even finger-sized slices.
- Take a piece of fish and dip it in your egg so it's completely covered, then the breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking tray rack and repeat with the rest of the fish.
- Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Serve with tartare sauce or ketchup.
