Ingredients:
- 450g White Fish Fillets
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 100g Breadcrumbs
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Whisk both eggs together in a bowl until fully combined.
- Pour you breadcrumbs out into a seperate bowl.
- Slice your fish fillets into even finger-sized slices.
- Take a piece of fish and dip it in your egg so it's completly covered, then the breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking tray rack and repeat with the rest of the fish.
- Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Serve with tartare sauce or ketchup.
