Ingredients
500g shell on raw prawns 20g chilli 1/4 red pepper 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp chilli sauce Chopped parsley
Method
- Add chilli, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, and chilli sauce into a food processor.
- Marinade prawns for an hour then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, if the prawns are large then cook for a little longer.
