What a journey 2025 has been!
As we look back on the last six months, we cannot help but feel immensely proud and grateful. Together, we have delivered over 65,000 portions of premium Cornish seafood to your tables, fulfilling close to 30,000 orders. Those numbers are impressive, but they are only part of the story.
What truly excites us is what you have been choosing to cook and enjoy at home.
Our split lobsters have taken the top spot as your clear favourite, with whole lobsters not far behind. It is safe to say that Cornish lobster has firmly won your hearts and your plates.
One of the biggest surprises for us has been oysters. Nearly 15,000 of these fresh from Cornwall beauties have been ordered, making them one of our most popular products by volume.
The classics continue to shine. Smoked Salmon sides, Wild Sea Bass and Dressed Crab remain firm favourites, regularly finding their way onto your dinner tables. Alongside this, our Coastal Kitchen range (ready-to-cook) has truly found its moment. Lobster Thermidor kits and Salmon En Croute have been flying out the door, showing just how much you value restaurant-quality meals made effortlessly at home. You have also embraced our newer creations, from the indulgent luxury of Lobster Wellington to the comforting richness of lobster mac and cheese. And then there is our smoked fish chowder, which has quickly become a standout favourite, so much so that we are regularly making extra batches just to keep up with demand.

Behind every order is a team we are incredibly proud of. Our fishmongers bring years of experience, skill and deep respect for the fish they handle every day. From filleting and prepping to ensuring each piece meets our standards, their craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. Alongside them is our dedicated operations and customer service team, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure orders are packed with care, dispatched on time and supported with friendly, knowledgeable service. Their day-to-day commitment to getting the details right is what allows us to deliver a consistently great experience from sea to door.
