Join Jack in The Cornish Fishmonger's Kitchen, as he shows us how to dress one of our cooked Cornish Crabs.

Cornish Crabs are delivered to us daily from small dayboats on both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. A dressed crab is a meal in itself, marrying the strong taste of the brown meat with the sweet exquisite flavour of the white.

We think it's best served with a nice big bit of white bread and butter!
