Cornish Lobster really are the king of the Shellfish. During the season, they are delivered daily to us from a select lobster pot fleet, who catch these critters in pots dotted around the rocky Cornish coastline.
A beautifully delicate, subtle-sweet flavour which is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted, our lobsters are a supreme choice to treat your taste buds.
They arrive pre-cooked and ready to devour, in ourn opinion needing nothing but little butter, some lemon and a pinch of sea salt.
We are committed to sustainable fishing practices. Our Cornish Lobsters are recommended by the Cornwall Good Seafood Guide, and we also donate £1 to the National Lobster Hatchery for every kg of Lobster we sell, as part of their ‘Buy One Set One Free' which helps replenish stocks.
Sustainable, delicious and nutritious – what’s not to love about Lobster?

Facts
We are dependent on market landings, which can be affected by seasonality and the weather. This means we may have to send you frozen Lobster which will arrive partially-defrosted.
On rare occasions, we may have to send you a whole lobster (as opposed to split) or Lobster sourced from trusted suppliers from outside Cornwall. However, we will endevour to inform you if this is the case.
Sometimes, depending on the landings on the day of dispatch, we might have to substitute a large lobster for two small-medium lobsters. However, the expected amount of meat will be the same.
There are lots of variables which affect the amount of meat inside each lobster. As they were living beings every single one is different. However as a rule of thumb we would normally expect a 20%-25% yield of meat

Landed in Newquay and St Mawes from pots dotted around the Cornish Coast.
