Influenced by the nearby salty sea breeze, this award-winning smoked salmon is cured to The Cornish Fishmonger's special family recipe then slowly smoked over natural oak chipping in our Cornish smokehouse.

The process creates a delicious tasting smoked salmon with a delicate, smoky flavour and silky, luxurious texture. So versatile, smoked salmon is perfect for anything from your lazy Sunday brunch to celebratory canapés.

Our customers love to buy these in multiples, with one pack going straight in the fridge and the other in the freezer for up to 6 months. With its beautifully designed cardboard pouch it’s also makes for a deliciously thoughtful gift.

The smoked salmon has been pre-sliced into melt in the mouth ‘D’ shaped slices. This ensures each slice includes the more subtle tasting inner layers of the smoked salmon as well as the rich most flavoursome outer layers.

A very fresh aroma, natural smokiness. Everything we were hoping for.

Appearance:

A beautiful, vibrant, rich colour. Looks incredibly fresh. Beautifully presented in thin, even ‘D’ shaped slices. Great attention to detail. Content lives up to its packaging.

Texture/Mouthfeel/Finish/Length

Silky texture, melts in the mouth. Quite a firm texture, not chewy at all and not too hard. Doesn’t fall to pieces. Cuts beautifully. Faultless.

Taste

This is truly delicious – there’s a delicate, natural smokiness to it, not too overpowering – just the right level of smoke. Deep, rich and indulgent flavour. The inner layers of each slice have a more subtle smoky flavour, the outer layers are incredibly rich and full of flavour. Can’t fault it in any way. A simple product that has been carefully cured and smoked to perfection.
