The process creates a delicious tasting smoked salmon with a delicate, smoky flavour and silky, luxurious texture. So versatile, smoked salmon is perfect for anything from your lazy Sunday brunch to celebratory canapés. Our customers love to buy these in multiples, with one pack going straight in the fridge and the other in the freezer for up to 6 month. With its beautifully designed cardboard pouch it’s also makes for a deliciously thoughtful gift. The smoked salmon has been pre-sliced into melt in the mouth ‘D’ shaped slices. This ensures each slice includes the more subtle tasting inner layers of the smoked salmon as well as the rich most flavoursome outer layers.
