Our own home cured smoked salmon is smoked slowly over oak chips to produce a deep flavour. These packs are hand sliced to make "D" slices across the width of the fillets and interleaved ready to eat. 250g is about 10 slices. With multiple Great Taste and Taste of the West Awards - our home smoked salmon is officially delicious! Product may arrive frozen, not suitable for home freezing.
