Our smoked salmon is cured by The Cornish Fishmonger to a special family recipe and smoked over natural oak chippings, before being cut into melt-in-the-mouth ready-to-eat slices.
Salmon is gorgeous when smoked due to its high fat content taking on all those lovely complex flavours from the oak chips. Hand smoked to our own cure, in our very own kilns, each salmon side is hand checked for quality before being sliced in a variety of ways to suit your needs.
