Mussels are lovely, and smoked mussels are even better! Our Padstow Bay mussels have been slow-smoked to our own home cure recipe over oak woodchips. Winning both Great Taste and Taste of the West awards, our smoked mussels boast the most lovely texture and flavour. They’re versatile too: you can add them to a smoked salmon risotto for an extra oomph, mix them into a smokey fish pie mix, or just simply serve them on toasted sourdough with garlic butter.
Store your smoked mussels in your refrigerator and consume within 5 days, not suitable for home freezing.
