Salmon Portions (2 x 140 - 160g)
A fatty fish, salmon is wonderful baked, fried, barbecued, flaked into a quiche, used in fishcakes and much more.
Salmon really don’t need much of an introduction: they’re a staple fish in so many households not only due to their versatility but also because they boast some amazing health benefits. For example, they are very high in omega 3 fatty acid, which is essential for brain development and cognitive function.
Their firm pink flesh and delicate flavour take on other flavours well too – Asian inspired salmon recipes with lots of chilli, star anise and ginger work really well with salmon.
