We've hand-selected a range of our seafood buffet favourites, from home-smoked salmon and trout - perfect for canapes to delicious King Prawns and Shrimp - all complemented with two of our most popular seafood sauces. Items may change depending on availability.

- 1 x 250g pack of our award-winning Smoked Salmon (long sliced)
- 2 x packs of our home-smoked Rainbow Trout (100-130g pack)
- 1 x 100g pack of peeled Brown Shrimp
- 1 x 500g pack of King Prawns in Filo Pastry
- 500g pack of King Prawns in Tempura Batter
- 520g (net weight) pack of Cooked and Peeled King Prawns
- 1 x Hot Chilli Horseradish and Mustard Sauce 200g
- 1 x Seafood Sauce with Bourbon and Cajun spices - 180g
All these items are available to purchase individually, however as part of our Party Buffet Box they offer even more exceptional value.
