Cornish Seafood selection - 10 portion
Order yourself a box of fresh Cornish fish to have beautiful seafood on hand anytime you need it.
This box will include fresh fish fillets and shellfish, selected from the best of the landings from the morning market.
The variety you receive will be determined by what has been landed by local fishing boats, and so will depend on seasonality, quality and abundance.
For your convenience, all the seafood will arrive fully prepared.
Ideally we try to include: cleaned king scallops (2 portions), 1kg mussels (2 portions), oily fish fillets & white fish fillets , flat fish fillets and skinned ray wings. You'll certainly get wild Cornish fish, and we may include locally farmed Rainbow Trout from North Cornwall.
Please note, contents will vary but everything will be delicious! Unfortunately we are unable to exclude any species that may be included.

Selection dependent on season
Please note that due to market conditions, sometimes dictated by the weather on rare occasions we may have to send you frozen seafood, which could arrive partially-defrosted.
On very rare occasions due to weather, spawning and market conditions we may have to source Mussels from high-quality suppliers outside of Cornwall.
