If you love our lobster, you will adore this thermidor sauce. It works brilliantly poured over our cooked, split and cleaned lobster, giving you a luxurious restaurant-standard dish to die for.
It also works amazingly well with any shellfish and fish as a special treat. Making it the best thermidor sauce to buy anywhere. Chef Stuart recommends pouring over a grilled, skinned lemon sole or plaice (pan ready, on the bone) and popping back under the grill to gratinate.
The Thermidor Sauce will be dispatched frozen, and will begin to defrost in transit. Therefore, might not be suitable for home freezing.
We recommend you have this for that special Lobster or Shellfish meal.
