This Cornish Hollandaise sauce is rich and buttery, with a hint of citrus. Made with extra virgin rapeseed oil, free range eggs and Dijon mustard, it’s our go-to sauce for poached eggs, garden vegetables and grilled seafood.

A rich, creamy, buttery sauce with a refreshing lemony tang, perfect simply poured over poached salmon or asparagus. This is the quintessential sauce to accompany poached sole or to garnish the perfect Eggs Benedict, especially with some crispy bacon or smoked salmon.
