Influenced by the Cornish sea breeze, with a delicate smoky flavour and silky texture, our smoked salmon is cured by The Cornish Fishmonger to a special family recipe and smoked over natural oak chippings.
Salmon is gorgeous when smoked due to its high fat content taking on all those lovely complex flavours from the oak chips.
Our flaked kiln-roast Smoked Salmon is ready to eat and perfect to flake into salads or pasta dishes for a smoky punch. Hand smoked to our own cure, in our very own kilns, each salmon side is hand checked for quality.
