Our own home cured smoked Scottish Loch Duart salmon is smoked slowly over oak chips to produce a deep flavour. These 250g packs are hand sliced to make "D" slices across the width of the fillets and interleaved ready to eat (roughly 10 slices), with a minimum shelf life of 6 days - unfortunately it's not suitable for the freezer. With multiple Great Taste and Taste of the West Awards - our home smoked salmon is officially delicious! Product may arrive frozen, not suitable for home freezing.
