DetailsSea trout is always a popular centrepiece choice due to it's impressive appearance and size, at nearly 60cm from nose to tail. They are a prized fish by anglers and chefs, and their close relation to salmon gives them all the same health benefits, although seatrout's flavour is more delicate and subtle - perfect when paired with the salty flavour of bacon or samphire.

TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing. Do not re-freeze your fish after defrosting.
