Our own hot smoked salmon is smoked with our own home-cure recipe and cooked to perfection, producing a deep flavour. While it's perfect for flaking into salads and pasta, our favourite way to enjoy it is simply plating up the fillets with a few buttered potatoes and greens - delicious! Pack will contain 2, 3 or 4 pieces from all cuts of the fillet making a total weight of 200g.Product may arrive frozen, not suitable for home freezing.

Store your smoked salmon in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Pack will contain 2, 3 or 4 pieces from all cuts of the fillet making a total weight of 200g.
