A selection of the best and freshest fish available, delivered filleted, labelled and ready to cook or freeze. This box will contain 20 portions of fresh white and oily fish; we would typically include a selection of the following fish fillet portions: cod, coley, haddock, hake, mackerel, pollock, salmon & whiting (160/180gm portions), plaice & sole (150/170gm portions) and skinned ray wings (200/220gm portions).
This box will have a mixture of wild fish from Cornwall dependant on the day's landings and, farmed salmon fillet. On rare occasions, farmed fish may have to be included if landings are poor, this will be kept to a minimum.

LandedOur fresh fish selection boxes will contain a mix of the best fish from the morning's Cornish markets. Subject to local availability and weather conditions, we may, if necessary, include sea farmed bass and fresh farmed salmon portions from other locations, both UK and European.
- Storage & Preparation
Storage & PreparationFresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refridgerator and pack with ice if possible. To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and aim to consume within 4 months. Remember that oily fish does not freeze as well as white fish, so be sure to consume within 2 months. TIP: Write the date on the packaging before freezing. Do not re-freeze your fish after defrosting.
