4 of Creamy Chicken & Leek Pasty Many speciality pasties come and go, however our Creamy Chicken & Leek Pasty has stood the test of time, and remains an all round favourite. The Creamy Chicken Pasty contains tender chicken breast in a creamy sauce accompanied by various local vegetables. The flavour is enhanced with subtle hints of turmeric and paprika, and finished off with our secret seasoning. This pasty is then hand crimped and topped with breadcrumbs and herbs.
4 of Cheese & Onion Pasty A staple favourite for all, not just vegetarians. A delicate combination of Westcountry mature (yet creamy!) cheddar cheese, potato and onion with just the right amount of peppery seasoning.
How to Cook: We recommend your pasty is cooked at 160C for 40 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes after removing from the oven as the filling will be very hot. Here in Cornwall we eat ours from a paper bag - no knives and forks! This is a set box and we are unfortunately unable to change the contents.
