A Christmas twist on the traditional Cornish Pasty, these Turkey and Cranberry Pasties are handmade by the award-winning bakery Cornish Premier Pasties. Hand crimped these special pasties are made to a secret recipe of the finest turkey, onion, sage and onion stuffing, cranberry, seasoning and flaky pastry. Each box contains 12 Cornish pasties. Pasties are raw and frozen ready for your freezer. Top tip, once you've cooked them why not pop them in a packed lunch and enjoy them on your next winter's day walk. Cooking Guidelines: Cook your pasty from frozen at 160C for 50 minutes. We know they smell divine and it's really hard to resist, but best to leave them to cool for 10 minutes after removing from the oven.

Store your pasties in a deep freeze at -18C.  We recommend your pasty is cooked from frozen at 180C for 50 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes after removing from the oven as the filling will be very hot. Here in Cornwall we eat our from a paper bag - no knives and forks!
