Cornish Pasties Chilli Beef & Cheese x12
Very much the original Chilli Beef dish, this pasty incorporates kidney beans with lean minced beef, tomato puree, Worcester sauce, mixed peppers and vegetable stock. To further enhance the flavour they contain tasty onion, garlic, chilli, paprika, oregano and basil amongst other mixed herbs and topped with grated mature cheddar cheese. Just in case you’re wondering, no – it’s not too hot! Just a lovely chilli warmth….
Store your pasties in a deep freeze at -18C. We recommend your pasty is cooked from frozen at 180C for 50 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes after removing from the oven as the filling will be very hot. Here in Cornwall we eat our from a paper bag - no knives and forks!
