Smoked Haddock, Cheese & Apple Salad
Mix the three cheeses, honey, pepper and apple together with electric mixer or a big spoons.
Scrape mixture off sides and bottom of bowl and shape into a ball using 2 spoons. It will be soft. Chill for up to two hours in the fridge.
Warmed up the smoked haddock in oven, break into flakes or serve as a fillet with the salad.

- 170g ounces goats cheese
- 170g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons coarsly ground pepper
- 1 apple (finely diced or grated)
