Smoked Haddock, Cheese & Apple Salad

A lunch time special or luxurious starter showcasing delicious smoked haddock

  1. Mix the three cheeses, honey, pepper and apple together with electric mixer or a big spoons.
  2. Scrape mixture off sides and bottom of bowl and shape into a ball using 2 spoons. It will be soft. Chill for up to two hours in the fridge.
  3. Warmed up the smoked haddock in oven, break into flakes or serve as a fillet with the salad.
