Smoked Crevette & Lime Appetizer

Instructions
Remove the heads and shells of the smoked crevettes.
Mix some celery celery leaves, chilli, cherry tomatoes, smoked crevettes, fresh dill, cucumber, fish roe and top with some lemon zest. Serve the lime on the side.
Ingredients
- Seafood Ingredients:
4 teaspoons red fish roe
200g of smoked crevettes (alter the amount to your taste),
100g smoked salmon, D-slice - Other Ingredients:
- 4 limes
- 1/4 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 4 cherry tomatoes (diced)
- 1 chilli, diced finely
- Dill
- 1 lemon zest
- Celery leaves or rocket leaves
