Salmon and dill pasta
Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the pasta, and a little oil to the water to stop the pasta sticking. Cook as per instructions on the packet.
Sweat the chopped onion in a little butter or olive oil. When the onion has softened but not coloured add some cream or creme fraiche and heat through.
Add the chopped pieces of salmon fillet and allow to cook gently without curdling the cream.
Add chopped dill, season to taste.
Drain the cooked pasta. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well, ensuring every piece is coated with that delicious creamy dill flavour.
- Seafood Ingredients:
1 Salmon fillet, cut into medium-sized chunks
- Other Ingredients:
- 2 Chopped onions
- 500ml Double or whipping cream (creme fraiche if preferred)
- A bunch of fresh Dill (dried if not available)
- 600g pasta of your choice
