Salmon and dill pasta
35 minutes
10
Tasty salmon flakes in a creamy dill sauce.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the pasta, and a little oil to the water to stop the pasta sticking. Cook as per instructions on the packet.
- Sweat the chopped onion in a little butter or olive oil. When the onion has softened but not coloured add some cream or creme fraiche and heat through.
- Add the chopped pieces of salmon fillet and allow to cook gently without curdling the cream.
- Add chopped dill, season to taste.
- Drain the cooked pasta. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well, ensuring every piece is coated with that delicious creamy dill flavour.
