Lobster and Fennel Salad

A deliciously fresh tasting lobster recipe. A perfect summer dish, with a zesty lime and coriander dressing.
Lobster and Fennel Salad

You could cook your lobster yourself, or we can send it cooked and ready to go.

Remove the shell from the lobsters and slice the meat into around 1 inch pieces.

Very finely chop the fennel bulbs, red onion and herbs.

Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss together, coating everything with the oil and juice.

Season well and serve with hot, buttery new potatoes and a chilled glass of white wine.


  • 2 bulbs of fennel
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cooked lobsters
  • 1 pomegranate, seeded
  • 2 tbsp of each, coriander, mint and parsley
