Baked Garlic & Parsley Mussels

Ideal for light lunches and party appetizers.
Baked Garlic & Parsley Mussels

Preheat the oven at 180C or gas mark 7.

Put the half shell mussels on a baking tray. Sprinkle over the garlic, parsley and lemon juice and season with pepper. Dot the tops with butter.

Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes, ready to serve.

  • 1kg mussels (half shell)
  • Other Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon of parsley, chopped
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pepper
  • 25g butter
