Baked Garlic & Parsley Mussels
Preheat the oven at 180C or gas mark 7.
Put the half shell mussels on a baking tray. Sprinkle over the garlic, parsley and lemon juice and season with pepper. Dot the tops with butter.
Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes, ready to serve.
- Seafood Ingredients:
- 1kg mussels (half shell)
- Other Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon of parsley, chopped
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 25g butter
