This is a very affordable fish and weighs in at around 500g. It has a firm white flesh and a delicate flavour. This fish will arrive to you gutted and ready to cook.
Serving Suggestion
This fish will bake, roast and BBQ. Bake in a hot oven with aromatic herbs, such as rosemary, thyme or oregano and white wine. Finish with a slurp of extra virgin olive oil.

Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
