The French call it plateau de fruits de mer, the Britts' know it as seafood platter; either way we provide the finest fresh seafood and shellfish to make your "fruits de mer" memorable and truly enjoyable. We include a selection of the best and freshest cooked seafood and shellfish from the morning's fish markets, ready for you to enjoy.
This box includes, half a cooked lobster, whole crab or crab claws (dependant on landings) steamed cockle and clam meat with cooked mussels out of their shells, four jumbo cooked king prawns and 3 fresh oysters, live of course. This box serves one great portion. To provide a dish requiring no cooking, we have pre cooked the mussels and clams and sealed them in a tray to guarantee their quality. Please order your fruits de mer selection box per person.If oysters are unavailable we will subtitute for extra shellfish included in the box, some shellfish my be frozen if we are unable to get fresh that day.
We recommend your platter is consumed within 24 hours and ideally on the day of receipt.
Your fruits de mer platter will arrive ready to enjoy. Open the oysters just before your feats, the rest is all done for you. We recommend, where possible that this dish be eaten on the day of delivery or within 24 hours. If you are feeling really indulgent, why not add some extras to go with this seafood feast.
Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion. We will do our best to get your order as close to the kilo weight as possible and always within a 20% variant to the size you choose.
