Silvery green in colour, Sardines are Omega 3 rich fish abundant in Cornish waters. For hundreds of years we have salted them for the Italian market; now it's our turn. Enjoy 3 to 5 fish per portion.
Serving Suggestion
BBQ over charcoal covered with sprigs of Rosemary. Pan fry in sea salt; there's no need for oil - that comes from within the fish.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
