We pride ourselves on sourcing only the finest tuna loins with deep red colour and clean flavour. We cut fish skinless and boneless loins weighing from 1 to 1.5 kilo in size, these will provide around 5 to 6 portions.
Serving Suggestion
Try roasting 'the joint' in a hot oven until rare; remove and allow to cool. Serve sliced very thinly with your favourite salsa.

WE ONLY SELL THE FRESHEST OF FISH LANDED DAILY TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THE FINEST QUALITY PRODUCT.
Because our fish is landed daily and its nature comes in irregular sizes, our prices are given in weight per kilo. Your final order cost will therefore be dependent on the size of the fish we have in stock. Your bill will always be within a 20% variant to the size you choose, eg. if you order a 1kg fish it will weigh between 1kg and 1.2kg and you will be charged accordingly.
