Balsamic glaze is a version of "sweet and sour". Balsamic vinegar is mixed with grape juice and reduced to a rich dark syrup. The specially designed pourer makes it easy to acheive a spectacular finish on serving plates; it also tastes fantastic!
Use for both sweet and savoury dishes, serve in sandwiches or as a marinade. This makes a brilliant addition to fresh strawberries.
Our fish is landed daily and comes in all different sizes - just as nature intended! Our prices are given in 'weight per kilo' and where possible we are able to offer a price per portion.
